Sound Bath + Reiki

Service Description

In this transformative Sound Healing and Reiki event, we’ll begin with centering breath work and guided meditation before moving into a reiki-infused sound healing experience. Immerse yourself in healing reiki energy and transformative sounds and vibrations from chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, the chao gong and more. A selection of essential oils will be available to you to enhance your experience. Benefits of reiki and sound healing include releasing anxiety and stress, reducing pain, promoting deep relaxation, supporting physical, mental and emotional healing and improving overall health and well-being. You will be lying on the floor for this event. Please bring with you something to lay on the ground, like a yoga or exercise mat, and anything else that will help you feel a sense of comfort and ease.
